Czech Specials is a partner project of the CzechTourism agency, Hotel and restaurant Asociation and Asociation of chefs and confectioners of the Czech republic. The aim of the project is to increase awareness of regional gastronomy of the Czech Republic and it was founded to support restaurants which offer traditional Czech gastronomy in a modern way. It presents the Czech cuisine as diverse within individual regions, full of delicious dishes, as well as wide range of ways of its preparation. Czech restaurants are a place where tourists find best quality services.
